Scott has been litigating cases in state and federal courts in California and New York since 2002. He represents professional basketball players, cyclists, collegiate coaches, agents, Fortune 100 executives, PR & Advertising industry folk, real estate brokers, union members, and chefs (to name a few)! Scott takes pride in his clients and enjoys taking on the corporations and individual bad actors. Especially during in these difficult times of political and social unrest, the American legal system remains the ultimate check and balance against injustice and unlawful acts.


Scott studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), University of Michigan and Tulane University Law School. During law school he worked for the Honorable Martin Feldman, United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
